Video Player Not Working

  1. Browser extensions are the most common cause of problems with the video player.

To solve this issue, do the following:

    1. Completely close out of the browser and restart it.
    1. Disable/ uninstall video-related browser extensions
    1. Disable any installed ad blockers
    1. Restart your computer

  1. Another cause of video streaming issues is internet connectivity.
    Our video files are surprisingly large, which means that they will sometimes have difficulty playing where internet connectivity is low (even though you may be able to play videos from other sites). This is especially likely when on public wi-fi.
  • We've included an "SD" option, which should automatically play when the HD video cannot play. You can check this by looking at the bottom of the video player while on the tutorial overview page.
  • Please try playing the videos in a different location where internet connectivity is stronger.
