Papule
Definition
Papules are solid, elevated lesions < 1 cm in diameter.
When the lesion is > 1.0 cm. in diameter, it is called a plaque.
Notes
If the lesion is flat (instead of raised (elevated)), it is a macule.
Papules or plaques (raised elevations) that are
