Q. A 76 year-old-woman presents with sudden hearing loss out of the right ear. She reports that a week prior, she noticed a dulling of hearing and then over the course of the week, things started to sound as if she was underwater, and now she can't hear anything from the right ear at all.
Vital signs are normal and general physical exam is unremarkable.
