Q. A 26 year-old wakes up in the middle of the night and cries out that she is having the worst headache of her life, saying that it woke her up like a "clap of thunder". Her boyfriend is alarmed but in a sleepy stupor. She gets out of bed and walks down the hallway and collapses. Her boyfriend is startled at the sound of her crashing to the ground and finds her "out of it" on the ground and calls 911. Upon arrival in the ER, the boyfriend reports that he's never seen her take any medications and thinks she has been healthy other than the occasional mild "normal, everyday" headache. Her vital signs are normal. She is obtunded upon evaluation and is displaying worrisome neurological signs of papilledema (edema at the optic nerves) and motor posturing to stimulation. Cardiopulmonary and abdominal exams are unremarkable. A Noncontrast Head CT (Computed Tomography) is performed.
After reviewing the Head CT, you suspect which of the following?
