Seizures
How is cardiac syncope diagnosed?
ECG, holter monitor, echocardiogram, or stress test
How is neurogenic syncope diagnosed?
CT or EEG
How is vasovagal syncope treated?
There is no specific treatment other than avoiding the episode and performing counterpressure techniques at the onset of prodromal symptoms. However, further investigation of an underlying cause is needed.
